How to Make Carnivore Smoked Salmon Egg Scramble

Here are the ingredients and instructions you need to make this delicious Carnivore smoked salmon egg scramble dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound sliced smoked salmon
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Some salt and black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop all salmon (except two slices for garnish) into tiny pieces.
  2. Whisk the eggs, mix with cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat a pan over medium heat and melt butter. Then, add the egg mixture.
  4. Scramble the mixture and let it cook for a minute or two.
  5. Add the chopped salmon and let it all cook.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and garnish with the two slices of salmon you reserved earlier.
  7. Enjoy trying this super yummy and healthy dish! You can make it for all meals, especially breakfast and brunch.
